QUESTION:

When I try to connect, why do I get error "wrong information specified"?

POSSIBLE SOLUTION(S):

Note: Only follow these instructions if you have a Tellurian Set-up CD.

  1. Double click My Computer

  2. Double click Dial Up Networking

  1. Right click on the Tellurian Networks icon.

  2. Left click on Delete.

  3. Close the Dial Up Networking window and the My Computer window.

  4. Dial into Tellurian Networks. It should connect fine now.
